Performance characteristics:

1. By adopting the pulse jet dust cleaning technology of compartment air stop, the dust cleaning cycle is prolonged, the dust cleaning energy consumption is reduced, and the service life of the filter bag and pulse valve disc of the dust collector is doubled.

2. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in different rooms without stopping the system fan and under the normal operation conditions of the system, so as to facilitate the replacement of cloth bags.

3. The upper bag replacement method is adopted. After the dust removal framework is extracted during bag replacement, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the inlet hole, which improves the operation conditions of bag replacement.

4. The box body adopts air tightness design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials. Kerosene is used to detect leakage in the manufacturing process, and the air leakage rate is very low.

5. The inlet and outlet air ducts are arranged compactly and the air flow resistance is small

6. No secondary flying is generated, which is very conducive to filtering gas with high dust concentration. It is applicable to the purification of dusty gas and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power and light industry.
